Rutgers' Creativity Research Fair

Michelle Cohen, a Rutgers University student, is exploring the idea of promoting books through the use of QR codes placed on bookmarks.  These specific QR codes link to information about the book.  Michelle Cohen chose to promote Future Vision for her project!  Below is a picture of her booth at the fair and one of her holding the bookmark that she created for Future Vision .

Where: Monroe Township Public Library             713 Marsha Ave.            Williamstown, NJ 08094 When: 6:30 pm-8:30 pm on Wednesday, April 13 Cost: FREE! Why: Because meeting authors is cool.

Tomorrow at 3:15 pm, I'll be speaking on "Fiction Writing and Publishing" in Claudia Cuddy's Publishing Industry class at my former school, Rowan University .

"Meet the Authors" Event Tomorrow

I'll be at the "Meet the Authors" event at Art Haven in Glassboro, NJ at 10 a.m on Saturday, April 2.  Art Haven is located at 13 East High Street Suite N. The other authors will be Nancy Viau ( Samantha Hansen Has Rocks in Her Head ), Toni De Palma (Jeremy Owl), Cyn Balog ( Fairy Tale ), Ellen Jensen Abbott ( Watersmeet ), and Keri Mikulski ( Head Games ). Stop by and talk to me about Future Vision , and meet the other great middle grade and young adult authors!
